By engaging work through our business (Bourkey’s Auto Electrics PTY LTD)  I authorise the services and repairs described during booking request, in person and via phone or email and agree to pay for labour, parts, fluids and materials required for that purpose at the repairer's current rates and prices. The

repairer shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to the vehicle, its accessories or contents whilst garaged or being driven in conjunction with the work authorised unless caused by

negligence of the repairer or their employees. I grant the company and/or its employee's permission to operate the vehicle for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. All fees and

charges associated with the completed services and repairs will be payable on collection of the vehicle unless previously agreed upon by the company. I agree to pay the repairer

reasonable storage charges if delivery of the vehicle is not taken within two days after notice is given by the repairer to me that the repairs have been completed. I acknowledge that I

have read the notice under section 6(1)(a) of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1996 displayed at the repairers place of business. I certify that the vehicle (including its parts and

equipment) is registered for the purpose of the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1997. Repair Notice: The service and or repair of your vehicle may result in the loss of some or all user-generated data electronically stored within the vehicle. This data may include but is not limited to, media files, settings and radio codes. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
